I’ve been thinking a lot about showing up—how my clients show up in the programs they do with me, and how I show up: for my clients, team, colleagues.
Showing up is about:
- how you create, hold space for, and work with your clients.
- how you lead, manage, delegate to, and guide your team.
- how you support, give referrals to, create community with, give inspiration to, and collaborate with your colleagues and business partners.
It’s about being in integrity: doing what you say you will when you say you will.
It’s about owning your shit, evaluating and pulse-taking both in your biz and in your own head and heart.
Asking for and allowing help when you’re stuck with something that might affect how you show up.
Commitment and dedication.
It’s about bravery, honesty, and transparency.
