Britt had my goals in advance of the call and had clearly taken some time to think about them and me before we spoke. And then she circled back to my goals throughout the call, making sure we were staying on track and outlining my most important needs
Britt’s pacing is excellent, she checks in throughout to see how it’s going, she is clearly engaged and interested and still finds way to challenge me.
I always find our conversations to be combination of talking with your best friend and talking with the smartest woman in room at a business conference. Britt really listens, she challenges me to grow and question my status quo assumptions and she makes everything so do-able. I have done the VIP program twice now and both times my business hits the next level almost immediately.
Dude..I literally missed this feeling. What I love most about in arms coaching is that I get a huge set of balls every time I speak with you and I’m not afraid to swing em. This is how you get shit done!
We’ve all come so far. We’re all entrepreneurs with businesses created out of dreams. I am super excited to get crystal clear about those future goals, because I know I’m ready to achieve them! (Britt can attest to how big of a shift this is for me. This is like, chills down my spine big. This is shedding skin big. This is, goodbye former false beliefs big!) I said it before, Britt, but I think of you like my business’ fairy godmother. It’s so, so, so freakin’ true. You beautiful magic maker you.
I was stuck in my business and not really sure which direction to turn. After taking your virtual week, I decided to enroll in September Lab.
Identifying the inner work that needs to be done in order to get the outer work done. I’ve identified a few things that have held me back and I feel strongly that I can build a very successful business if I continue to work hard and move through those blocks and fears. Identifying my ideal client was also very helpful. LAB helped me envision a business that could be a lot more than I thought. I’ve grown as a person and as a business owner and am thinking big now because of Lab. One of the things I’ve really needed but cannot seem to find has been a community of women business owners for support and encouragement. If that was the only thing I got from LAB that would have been a big deal for me.
After doing the virtual retreat week in August, it became clear that what I really needed in my business was guidance and direction. Britt spoke to me and my concerns in a way that really felt genuine – no-nonsense, down-to-earth, but also deep, spiritual, with stories and laughter. I wanted more.
I love how Britt combines the inner work with the outer work in her programs. I got a lot from the work of deliberately connecting with our fears and resistance, and then doing the external work anyway. Visibility was a topic that I particularly resonated with.
What I’ve taken from (this work with Britt) is that it’s okay to be my unique self in my business, and that this is what will attract my ideal clients to me. Before LAB I was concerned that what I was offering was too “out there” and fae, and that I had to dial it down in order to be successful. By taking this course, I’ve discovered that in fact I need to be myself even more openly, and that will bring the right folks to me and my business.
Until I stepped into this work, I didn’t realize that what I really needed in my business was support. I was trying to learn all of this stuff on my own, and while I’m a good learner, there’s just too much out there. I was flitting around from thing to thing and getting nowhere. I now understand that having that guidance and direction from someone who has done this herself is priceless.
By directing the focus but simultaneously allowing for exploration, Britt guided me toward a conclusion and path that was before unclear. Using both visual and verbal clues and techniques helped focus all sides of my working brain. Also, she is very good and bringing back around topics of discussion and exploration from the start of a meeting to points in the middle and end so that the entire picture is connected and whole. I didn’t want it to end and I wanted to talk the next day too – but it is good to leave room to breathe and contemplate. The call a week later and other follow-ups will keep me measured and paced.
I think many entrepreneurs and creative business owners are not as good at working ON our business as we are at working hard IN our businesses. Britt is a tremendous guide in a timely and targeted exploration to working ON our businesses.
Working with Britt has been the catalyst for jump starting my business in the right direction. I would still be spinning my wheels if it had not been for meeting Britt and knowing that this would work for me and my business.Britt asks the tough questions that I’m afraid to ask myself or I that I may not have thought of. She knows how to pinpoint the areas that need extra attention from me. Not only do I get personal calls with Britt that speak to my exact needs at that moment — I also have access to an amazing group of women with similar goals and they are all so supportive of one another.

Deciding to work with Britt was the best business decision I’ve made. She has a unique ability to help me stay focused so that I’m able to move forward when I get stuck, and grow my business in a way that is completely aligned with my purpose.Britt’s tools, shared stories, and guidance have been an essential piece in planning and implementing my business plans. They are provided in a way that feels like an “old friend” who can be relied upon over and over again. I can’t imagine trying to grow a business without them.
Britt helped me achieve the goals I set out to tackle by helping break down the pieces into digestible steps and spread them out in an organized timeline That made sense to me. Having the ability to contact her through email until our follow up is great. I think anyone who feels stuck in their business could use a swift kick intensive to help them make magic!
